How GreyBoulders Limited collects, uses and protects your information when you use this website. Last updated 12 October 2026.
Who we are
This website is run by GreyBoulders Limited, a company registered in Nigeria (RC: 1829932), an integrated design-build firm with studios at C5, 20th Street, Games Village, Abuja and 2 Dapo Solanke Close, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. For this website we are the "data controller": we decide why and how your personal information is used.
You can contact us about your privacy at admin@greyboulders.com.
What information we collect
- When you send us a message through the contact form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), the type of project and the message you write.
- When you download a brochure: your name and email address, which brochure you chose and the page you were on.
- When you message us on WhatsApp or email us: whatever you choose to share with us there.
- Visit statistics: if you visit the site, Google Analytics records anonymous information such as the pages viewed, the approximate location, the type of device and browser, and how you arrived. Your IP address is anonymised.
- Technical information: the website's hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, date and page requested) for security and to keep the site running.
We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
How we use it, and why
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project (you asked us to contact you).
- To send you the brochure you requested and follow up on your interest in our services.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it (our legitimate interest in running and improving the website).
- To keep the website secure and meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who else handles your information
We use trusted services to run the website. They handle information on our behalf or provide the content shown on the pages:
- Hostinger hosts the website and its files.
- FormSubmit delivers contact-form messages (and brochure requests) to our email. Brochure requests may also be saved in a Google Sheets spreadsheet that only our team can open.
- Google Analytics provides visit statistics, using cookies (such as
_ga). - YouTube videos use the privacy-enhanced player and only load when you press play. Google Maps shows our office locations.
- jsDelivr and Google deliver some technical files (such as the 3D viewer), which means they can see your IP address when your browser fetches them.
- Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and X links, and the WhatsApp button, take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Some of these providers are based outside Nigeria, so your information may be processed in other countries. We only use providers that apply appropriate safeguards.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website stores a small setting in your browser (your light or dark mode choice). Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The website still works if you do.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and brochure requests for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage our business relationship, and then delete them or keep only what the law or our records require. You can ask us to delete your details at any time. Analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you have the right to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
- ask us to correct information that is wrong;
- ask us to delete your information, or restrict how we use it;
- object to our use of your information, and withdraw consent you have given us;
- ask for your information in a portable format.
To use any of these rights, email admin@greyboulders.com. If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Keeping your information safe
We take sensible steps to protect the information we hold, including using secure (https) connections, limiting who can open our email inbox and spreadsheets, and choosing reputable providers. No website or online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
