GreyBoulders is an integrated design-build firm with studios in Abuja and Lagos. We design residential complexes, commercial spaces, industrial facilities and public buildings, and our own engineers and builders carry the design through to the finished building.

Where do you work in Nigeria?
Our studios are in Abuja and Lagos, and in 2025 we delivered projects in 15 Nigerian states, including Abuja, Lagos, Delta, Imo, Kano, Gombe, Rivers, Kaduna, Anambra, Bauchi, Oyo, Plateau, Akwa Ibom, Cross River and Abia.
What types of buildings do you design?
Residential developments, commercial and office buildings, hotels and hospitality projects, industrial facilities such as warehouses, and public buildings.
What does design-build mean?
It means the same company designs and builds your project. There are no handoffs between separate designers and contractors, so what is drawn is what gets built, with clear accountability.
Do you offer 3D visualization and scale models?
Yes. We produce photo-realistic renderings and animations, and our Scale Model Lab makes presentation models and 3D-printed prototypes in-house.
