GreyBoulders builds what it designs. Our site supervisors, structural and MEP engineers, quantity surveyors and procurement team work directly with the site architects and builders, so the design intent reaches the finished building without handoffs or disconnect.

Do you design and build?
Yes. Design-build is our core approach: we build what we design. One example is the NAWL/G head office facade in Garki, Abuja, delivered from concept to completion by GreyBoulders, covering both the architectural design and the full construction execution.
Which cities do you build in?
We build in Abuja, Lagos and other Nigerian states, including projects in Calabar, Ikeja, Gwagwalada and Katampe.
Who is accountable on site?
One team. Structural engineering, MEP, quantity surveying and procurement each have their own role and work together with the site architects and builders.
